A New Song

A New Song:

Let us sing unto the Lord a new song
For our salvation is established in Him;
He has given us His power and His mercy
To overcome ourselves and cease from sin.

We have entered through the door unto glory,
Being sanctified by mercy and grace;
Through our labour of love at His altar,
In the fear of the Lord we run our race.

We don't focus on our appetites and frailty,
And we abandon all the rituals of men;
Casting down imaginations and projections,
We behold Him daily, til He comes again.

We are servants in the Lord's holy temple,
And by the fruit of faith our souls increase;
By one mind, one faith, one Spirit, and one gospel
We find unity, unfeigned love, and perfect peace.

As the salt of the earth, we bild His tower,
Faith upon faith, charity upon charity,
Taking Christ's light to those who dwell in darkness
To liberate their souls and set them free.

Let us sing unto the Lord a new song,
For by grace and faith our righteousness is sealed.
Let us bless the Lord with pure praise each new day,
For by His grace and truth we are healed.
