Dear bretheren and visitors,
This morning I had a dream in which I saw my sister underneath my blanket. I asked what she was doing and she said she's writing down everything I was saying (in my thoughts). Then I asked her, "Who sent you? Did daddy send you?" and then she said "He wants a new circuit." then I asked, "He wants a new motherboard?" then she told me to go back to sleep (as in "rest"for God had just initiated "peace" accompanied by His "grace").
So I woke up and began reflecting on the dream and thought of how the way the brain operates is like a circuit (a complete and closed path around which a circulating electric current can flow). Synapses are structures in the nervous system that permit a neuron to pass an electrical or chemical signal to another cell for the flow of function through a set of instructions in that signal. So the neural path in the brain, which is the centre of the nervous system, is like a circuit where information is passed into cells for the operations for the brain to carry out like the regulation of the heartbeat, sleep, eating, drinking, hormone release etc. This is also a good example on how knowledge is always connected to function. About 15 minutes later I received a word of knowledge: I saw the words, "A new thinking phase" in a book.
The word of knowledge reminded me of the renewing of the mind. Chief Apostle Eric once said that every thought is taken up to the presence of God. In the dream my sister symbolises wisdom (Proverbs 7:4) and her taking down my thoughts shows that our thoughts are indeed taken to the very presence of God and as we direct the facts (wisdom) which are consistent to God's character, purpose and plan (truth) through our charity, new life is given to the soul as the fruits of the Spirit are birthed within and in turn we gain understanding (renewing of the mind).
A phase is a distinct period or stage in a process of change or forming part of something's development. Since regeneration (God's initiation) causes the renewing of the mind (our reciprocation) the pattern of our thinking is transformed so that it reflects the divine perspective of God. The mind enters into a new stage of development where our thinking is strengthened again as we reflect on the doctrine of Christ, rehearse God's righteous judgements and reciprocate His knowledge.
I offer this spiritual sacrifice for your edification and growth: "The righteous are ever building upon the foundation of truth but never grow weary for His grace assists us as the Spirit enters into our labour making the burden of His knowledge light"
A slave to His grace,
